It certainly doesn't feel like a Winter Wonderland here in Chicagoland today. It's supposed to be in the mid 50's! Great day for getting the Christmas lights on outside.

I've been thinking about what my New Year's Day start is going to be and have tossed around a couple of ideas, one of which was Dorothy Walpole. Well, when I saw on Nicola's blog that she was having a Scarlett Year in 2013 that kind of helped sway my decision to start on Dorthy. I have many SL patterns in my stash but have never stitched one of their patterns. Here are just 3 of them that I have kitted up. Dorothy is so pretty and I just love the colors. I'm going to stitch mine in DMC on 36ct Meadow Rue. Hopefully the fabric I ordered will be in before 1/1/13:))) Join us for some great fun in 2013 stitching some beautiful reproductions by SL.
There are so many beautiful designs out there to stitch right now including this one which landed in my mailbox on Friday. Isn't she gorgeous???? This will definitely be stitched soon too:))
